			<title><![CDATA[ we are finally home... ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ Here is a quick update will try to write more later.&nbsp; Induction 4/15 5 am slow progress all day finally around 4:30 ready to push (baby face up) still a -2 try to push because heart rate is dropping discover cord prolapse.&nbsp; Rushed to OR for emergency c-section (with weak epidural) had started before they could put me to sleep and I wanted to stay awake felt most of it but wanted to hear him cry.&nbsp; He was born perfect (no club foot)&nbsp; 8 lbs 21 inches long 8 and 9 apgar scores.&nbsp; In sooooo much pain after surgery and developed strange swelling below incision and had to stay another day.&nbsp; <br>What a crazy birth!!&nbsp; He is so sweet!!&nbsp; Samuel Bailey is his name <img src="http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/smile.gif"><br> ]]></description>

			<title><![CDATA[ induction tomorrow 4/15... ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ My cervix still hasn't changed in over a week <img src="http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/frown.gif">&nbsp; She stripped my membranes today and we scheduled the induction for tomorrow.&nbsp; We are going in at 5 am to start the process.&nbsp; <br><br>I finally got a hold of my doctor on Tuesday and it wasn't the news I was expecting.&nbsp; She called to tell me about the findings on the u/s I had last week.&nbsp; It came back that he might have a club foot <img src="http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/frown.gif">&nbsp; My 20 week u/s was normal (I hope they didn't miss something).&nbsp; So they aren't sure and said it is a good chance that he is just crammed in there so tight it looked suspicious.&nbsp; I was very upset that evening but trying to stay positive.&nbsp; Anyways, we will know for sure in just a few hours.&nbsp; I am nervous, excited, anxious, a little sad that this pregnancy will be over soon <img... ]]></description>

			<title><![CDATA[ 38 week appt UPDATE ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ I have been measuring perfectly all along but today measured 41 weeks.&nbsp;&nbsp; My cervix is soft but high and thick and a solid 1 cm now lol.&nbsp; The baby is still very high.&nbsp; I am going for an u/s tomorrow to estimate fetal weight.&nbsp; Don't really want to be induced but scared to have a huge baby too!<br><br><img src="http://images.yuku.com/image/gif/68935610febd5a71a4ed491a28f021e7f625a4a.gif">&nbsp; The u/s estimates 8 lbs 8 oz he has big fat cheeks and a lot of hair!&nbsp; They are giving me a week to go on my own or pick between c-section (if I am measuring even bigger) or induction.&nbsp; I got checked again today and now I am 2 cm and 40% effaced.&nbsp; So who knows what will happen this next week <img src="http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/smile.gif"><br> ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ Mine start at 37 weeks, but with Etta the doc did one at 36 weeks because I was already undressed <img src="http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/laugh.gif"> <br><br>I'm
going to try to get her to do it again this week since I've been having
some intense contractions (Friday night they were 6 min apart like
clockwork even after laying down for 2 straight hours).<br><br>With
Trey, I was 3cm at 37 weeks, and with Etta, I was 2cm at 36 weeks. So
I'm guessing I've already made a little progress - even though that

<div>started timing the contractions at 10:20 at night..(march 22nd..that day we were outside playing, at my parents then chris and i went to target and lowes) they were every 10, 9, 8 and then 7 min. i called at 7 min. and dr. gallis told me to come in. <br>so i called my parents and my mom came over to stay with the boys (who were asleep) we got there at 12:30am...they put me in a room to make sure i was in labor (which of course i was LOL) i was 7cm and 100% effaced contracting every 5 min. <br>then they moved me to labor/delivery and got me the epidural..which at this time i was ok with the contractions...i could get through them without any issues..till the epi guy jinxed me ..cause once he started they began to come faster and hurt more. <br>so finally he got it in my back but the right side was not taking...and took a... ]]></description>

			<title><![CDATA[ baby abby is here :) ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ born on 3-22-10 at 3:54am&nbsp; 6lbs 13oz 19.5 inches long&nbsp; (39 weeks 1 day)<br><br>contractions started timing them around 10:20pm..and they were every 10, 9, 8 then 7 min..that's when i called and was told to come in.&nbsp; they started hurting ..but nothing i couldn't get through ..the nurses were amazed at how calm i was <img src="http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/laugh.gif">&nbsp; we got to the hospital around 12:15-12:30am ..took us 10 min <img src="http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/laugh.gif"> dh was hauling butt!&nbsp; <br><br>was checked and was at 7cm and 100% effaced...that internal didn't even hurt!&nbsp; so then they moved me to labor/delivery room and gave me the epi (there was no way i was brave enough to not do it) so once that was done my water had broken on it's own...they checked me ..i was complete!&nbsp; the epi wasn't working on the right side..just a tiny spot down low...but omg, it hurt ..bad!&nbsp; took a long time to kick in!&nbsp; and... ]]></description>

			<title><![CDATA[ can't believe i'm still pregnant! ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ it's almost spring and i'm still pregnant ..what the heck?!&nbsp; i have winter babies..not spring ones!&nbsp; running out of clothes that fit...i'll be 39 weeks on sunday...<br><br>just to recap,&nbsp; brady born at 36 weeks 3 days and drew born at 38 weeks 6 days.<br><br>why&nbsp;am i still pregnant??&nbsp; here i sit at 80% effaced and 3-3.5 cm or 4-5 cm dilated ..depending on who does my exam ...crazy!&nbsp; and my membrines were stripped yesterday...has it done anything..NO! ]]></description>

			<title><![CDATA[ Neve's Birth Story ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ I am copy/pasting... most of the time I am typing one handed, so easier that way.&nbsp; lol<br><br>I was off bedrest on the 18th, but I really didn't do too much.&nbsp; Took Drake to school and picked him up, and that night I loaded and unloaded the dishwasher and wiped the counters down.&nbsp; Oh and I cleaned out the fish tank.&nbsp; It is a one gallon tank, took like 5 mins literally.&nbsp; lol&nbsp; The 19th of February, I woke up at like 3 am or so due to a contraction.&nbsp; I 
wasn't sure if I was just sore from laying on my one side (happened a 
lot) or if it was a "real" contraction.&nbsp; I rolled over to the other side
 and went back to sleep.&nbsp; lol&nbsp; Happened again about 30 mins or so later,
 so I just kept going back to sleep, thinking it was just normal stuff for me.&nbsp; At 6, I heard DH's alarm go off 
and I had another contraction.&nbsp; About 15 mins later I had another.&nbsp; They
 weren't painful, but they were much lower and felt more like a bad... ]]></description>

			<title><![CDATA[ My time's almost up! ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ So last Tuesday at my appointment my doctor informed me that I will be induced on March 24th!!!&nbsp; So now that is only 10 days away.&nbsp; Holy cow, I can't believe this pregnancy is almost over.&nbsp; Apparently my genetic doctor and OB agree that identicals that stay in longer than 36 weeks run the risk of not having enough fluid to support both of them.&nbsp; So I will be 36 weeks and 3 days when we go in.&nbsp; If they are both head down, he wants me to go for a vaginal delivery, but if A is breech then he will do a c-section.&nbsp; I am nervous for both but am relieved they will be here soon.&nbsp; I haven't been able to sleep well lately b/c I am so uncomfortable and am now starting to have the swollen ankles/fingers.&nbsp; But he has not put me on bed rest so I am really proud of myself for that!&nbsp; Anyway, just wanted to check in and let you know how things were going.<br> ]]></description>
