We are ttc again and I am 10dpo. For some reason this time I am just dying of impatience in this 2ww. I just want to know if I'm preggo or not, but I know it's WAY too soon for me to test. I wasn't going to test until Thursday at the soonest. Then this afternoon I went to the bathroom and there was a spot!!! I NEVER, EVER spot. On the rare occasion that I do, it's always the day of or the night before AF shows up. AF isn't due to show until Thurs/Fri. So now I'm thinking this might be implantation spotting???? Any thoughts? I'm trying to hold out and not test. I wish I could just zoom forward a few days. The wait is killing me!!!

weird cycle, update, long!

hi ladies

we are on cycle #6 and I am having a weird cycle...got AF on cd 26 (its usually anywhere from 26-29, but mostly 28 or 29). I use the CBFM and just started charting. The monitor gave me peak days on cd 19 and 20 which seems late to me....I've been using the monitor since Jan and its always given me peak days around cd14-16....once it was around cd18...so now I am thinking does this mean I will have a short luteal phase...I guess it all depends on when I get AF. I am already counting myself out this month since I've done the calculation and if AF arrives any sooner than cd 33, then with a short luteal phase I probably couldnt get pregnant anyways. I will see what FF says about my chart....its only my first month charting so I havent seen 3 days of rising temps yet since I am only on cd 21. any thoughts on this??

So of course I start googling stuff, like low progesterone, etc and it says that insulin resistance can...

I am thankful that the dollar store sell pregnancy test..... I have used one the last 2 more mornings with negative results. However.... my body is telling me yes....but that could be all in my head.....my head says no I am sure that the progesterone suppositories have something to do with my pregnancy symptoms: nauseous tummy, very sore breast, tired, crampy belly, slight dizziness and hot flashes. I just really needed to vent! I am on day 23 of my 25 average cycle. I know it could be too early and the dollar store tests might not me as sensitive as the higher priced ones so I still have hope!! Time will tell!

Woke up w/ the usual feelings I get about 3-4 days before AF shows up (which for me is lower back ache & a bit of pressure in my lower stomach)... then tonight when I took off my bra, my right boob was kinda throbbing. All 3 of those are usually telltale signs of AF on her way

I'm sooooo disappointed, I just don't know what to do. We have enough meds left for one more cycle, but this was cycle #7ish (but the 4th inject/IUI cycle)... I know Adam would be on board to continue, but I think he's kinda close to calling it quits. I'd be fine w/ just one miracle, I guess, but I would still have it in the back of my mind.

me back today with my prog levels....last month they was only 8 which he said was normal but a low normal.....well i had them drawn again yesterday and they was 15 this time!!! they nearly doubled! he said this was really good and that im ovulating on my own (which we already knew) and that the med is working!!!! i hope this is the month!!!!!!!! please pray for us!

didnt work this month...i started on monday i had to have pros levels done and my dr called me yesterday with the results he said they was 8.5 which is normal but a low normal.... he said he dont normally do them more than 1 month but he wants to recheck them this month...he said i was infact ovulating on my own tho which is good....i just hope a low normal pros level dont mean anything bad tho...

We went back to RE yesterday for our 8 week sonogram & got bad news. We have miscarried again. The baby had stopped growing about 3-4 days ago. We saw a heartbeat at our 6 week sonogram, but yesterday there no longer was a heartbeat. This is exactly what happened to us with the last pregnancy. RE will be performing a D & E tomorrow & wants to send off the embryo to pathology to test for genetic disorders. They will also perform tests on me as well. I now have to angels in heaven. My kids are very upset, so continue to pray for us.

It was a BFP!!!!! I will try to post pictures later. I go back to RE on Monday for blood work. Please pray that my numbers will be better this time around. Thanks for all the well wishes girls. My EDD is January 4, 2011. I'm so excited!!!!

I did my trigger shot last night, Sunday. I have to be at the RE tomorrow morning for IUI. This is the first time for us to do it this way. I'm praying that everything will work. I had one follicle that measured at 19mm on Saturday. I need lots of baby vibes girls.

So I went to the RE on Wednesday for my follicle/hormone check. I had one that was around 18.5 and one around 16.5 that the doc figured would release, so they had me do my HCG trigger on Wednesday night. I am getting to be such a pro at these shots Of course I had to play around with some pregnancy tests today to see the HCG show up and will definitely test out the trigger shot to know when its out of my system.

Check this out...can't wait to see one again when it's a true BFP

hey ladies..

I dont post much anymore, but still come on here to check out whats been going on....

so, we did the deed twice during the fertile time last cycle....I have the clearblue digital ovulation predictor so I kinda go by that and the EWCM....I got my period this month which sucked but what can you do.

should we be BD'ing every day or every other day during that time?

does anyone on here have type 2 diabetes? I was just diagnosed with that and am supposed to start metformin.....talked to my dr about ttc and pregnancy and she said I will have to go on insulin injections once I am pregnant...not looking forward to that...I am not the typical candidate for type 2....only 38 years old and thin so I think mine is caused by genetics...oh and I didnt have Gestational Diabetes with my first so none of this makes sense.....anyways just wondered if anyone has gone through ttc or pregnancy and type 2.

Hey everyone! It's been awhile since I've been on here... I am currently 17 weeks pregnant from an IVF cycle back in early December.

Just had my level II ultrasound and we are having a BOY this time! YAY! Baby looks great.

BUT< the morning of the ultrasound, I woke up to bleeding - completely freaked out... The ultrasound showed that i have a low lying placenta. As of now, I'm only having spotting in the earlier part of the day then it stops. I am just so scared about placenta seperation, abruption, etc...

Has anyone been thru this? I am on pelvic rest and just have to take it easy - go back in 2 weeks unless the bleeding gets worse.

I went back to see my RE last Friday & discuss our options. We tried doing only clomid the last 2 cycles with timed intercourse. He now wants us to try clomid days 3-7 then FSH shots days 8-11 then get HSG shot & do IUI. Has anyone had success with this? We will try our first attempt at this with my next cycle. He wants me to take prometrium this cycle to induce a period. We will probably get to start around the first of April, if AF will show (haven't had much luck with prometrium in the past). Wish us luck girls. We are only going to try this a couple of times then call it quits.

Well, the HSG was done today and it went so well. I had one back in 2006, I believe, and we had seen something in my uterus back then. It was weird because it looked like little circles filling my uterus. The RE thinks it was just built up lining since back then, I wasn't having regular cycles. Obviously I still got pregnant even after seeing that, so who knows what it was we were seeing. Anyway, today was a totally different story, because the tubes and uterus were all clear. She said the dye moved very quickly through my tubes. I am so excited about that.

So, I have my follow up appt with her on 3/19 and we will go over all the test results and plan my protocol. Onto the injects/IUI next cycle, and I can't wait to shoot myself up So far everything is going so...
