I went back to see my RE last Friday & discuss our options. We tried doing only clomid the last 2 cycles with timed intercourse. He now wants us to try clomid days 3-7 then FSH shots days 8-11 then get HSG shot & do IUI. Has anyone had success with this? We will try our first attempt at this with my next cycle. He wants me to take prometrium this cycle to induce a period. We will probably get to start around the first of April, if AF will show (haven't had much luck with prometrium in the past). Wish us luck girls. We are only going to try this a couple of times then call it quits.

Well, the HSG was done today and it went so well. I had one back in 2006, I believe, and we had seen something in my uterus back then. It was weird because it looked like little circles filling my uterus. The RE thinks it was just built up lining since back then, I wasn't having regular cycles. Obviously I still got pregnant even after seeing that, so who knows what it was we were seeing. Anyway, today was a totally different story, because the tubes and uterus were all clear. She said the dye moved very quickly through my tubes. I am so excited about that.

So, I have my follow up appt with her on 3/19 and we will go over all the test results and plan my protocol. Onto the injects/IUI next cycle, and I can't wait to shoot myself up So far everything is going so...

I'M PREGNANT WITH MY THIRD!! AND WE ARE COMPLETELY SURPRISED AND SPEECHLESS!!

For those who know me and for those who don't - here's a short recap:

M/C - June 27, 2003

Emma Kate - Born December 10, 2005
* Clomid, clomid, clomid - off clomid for one month and got pregnant!!

Robbie - Born March 9, 2009
* Clomid, clomid, clomid - Inseminated and it worked!!

ABSOLUTELY NO BIRTH CONTROL after Robbie was born - since we figured we needed "help" to get pregnant anyways!! We did the deed ONCE (on our 7 year
anniversary) and here we are!! AMAZING!! Once is all it takes - right?!?!?!

Went to the doctor yesterday. I am 10 weeks today!! Baby's HR was 190 bpm and baby moving all over the place. We are due July 2nd, 2010!!

When will the DUE IN JULY board be up and running?

Hope all is well with everyone!!

I took a PG test tonight - I was going to wait until Thanksgiving to test, but I am never that patient. AF would be due Thursday or Friday, so it is a bit
early, but I got a light BFP tonight! Told my DH and he is very excited. Now I am super nervous about telling my parents and the in-laws, because they think
we would be insane to have four children. I hope they warm up to it! The only bad thing is that we found out a few days ago that Adam's brother is
getting married in Detroit on July 17th, so it looks like I won't be able to go (it is a good 16 hour drive from here) when I am 37 weeks PG.

EDD is around August 7th.

I'll be cycling again soon!!!!
I had my surgery 2 weeks ago tomorrow & was supposed to have my follow-up appt yesterday, but had it last Friday (I thought my belly incision was
infected).
He showed us the pics & said that my ovaries were a bit larger than "normal" & that they were kinda bumpy??? I have no idea what this means.
He said that my cervix is already dilated, so DEFINITELY getting a cerclage next time. He pretty much told me that my cervix was crap! LOL

I told him that I thought I may have O'd in the last few days. So, he told me to take my temp for a few days, then call before Thanksgiving & let them
know. If I didn't O, then I could go ahead & take my Aygestin (to start AF) & get rolling! Best news I've heard!

So... looks like this cycle will be a little different protocol, but seems as though we're getting started...

I called the RE yesterday since it'd been 3 weeks since my bloodwork. Of course it was back and the a-holes hadn't called me. Losers. Anyway, Dec 2008
my AMH was .5 which they called "borderline low." Oct 2009, AMH came back as .4 which is now in the "low" category. Chances of conceiving a
take home baby pretty low. They don't believe diet, exercise, herbs will influence this number to improve. So we are preparing ourselves for the sad
thought that we may not be TTC anymore ever.

But I'm gonna give it 2-3 months of diet, exercise, herbs ANYway, and maybe retest that AMH and see if it altered. Slim chance it will but since the test
is fairly new, I don't think they have a lot of info on it.

My dh is having hip surgery (severe arthritis in his hip) - old man, ey? - in December so has not been so easy to do anyway and certainly not in Dec...

Hi - happy Wednesday! I keep checking in for some updated posts, but not much is going on, I guess. I myself don't have anything to report either! =) I
was just wondering if anyone is in their 2WW and planning on testing anytime soon. Then I will start stalking again for BFP posts!

My AF is scheduled to arrive on Thanksgiving Day. Even if I am not PG, I am hoping that AF will be one day later than I think, so I can enjoy the day with my
family and not be all crampy, bloated and irritable. First day or two of AF for me totally stinks! I think my periods are getting worse as I get older. Or
maybe I am just less tolerant of the pain and hassle. One of the best things about being PG is not having a period for a year or more!

Anyways... ya'll send in some updates, if you can!!
