I cant believe I will have kids that are 3 year apart. My kids are usually 7 years apart. LOL Were happy. Of course we would loveeeeeeeeeeee a boy but just as long as its healthy, were good.

I was bleeding sum so ive been in the bed for the past few days. Looks like its old blood and now its seems like its gray, weird I know...

3 day potty trainers??

did you go cold turkey on diapers at night and nap time?? I did the potty training this last week and he is doing so well we have had a few poop accidents but he has the pee pee down, but did you guys really let them go at night without a diaper from the very beginning?? He has done the nap but I am to lazy to change sheets in the morning so I have still been putting a diaper on him at night but I have to wait until he falls asleep and go back and put it on him because he refuses to wear anything but underwear...

anyone thinking about 3rd birthdays?? Cooper is really into Scooby Doo right now. He seriously asks to watch it all the time so I think we will do a Scooby party this year. His birthday (Feb 7th) is on a Sunday this year so we may just have his party after church that day. So anyone else have ideas???

I know it's been a while ... How is everyone doing?

Sooooo much has been going on ...DH has been interviewing and we may be moving to CA!! (Not sure how to feel about this one, esp since I finally feel settled!!). We find out on the 15th. It is an awesome opportunity, but I don't want to move. And I feel like so much is finally falling into place (my dad was reunited with his sone from his first marriage and he and his family live in NJ and DH's best friend and his fam are also moving to NJ). I do understand that if he did get this position, he would stay with this company for life .... but it is SO FAR from our families who live in FL.

Sam is getting big - cannot believe that she is going to be 3 in March

What sizes are they in?

2t/3t underwear (or xxs at Gap)
2t/3t pullups for night
18m pants (some 18-24m), but they're getting shorter
mostly 2t tops
size 7 shoes

Are they potty trained?
We actually started at 25m & he is fully daytime trained, but still needs a pullup for night. We did the 3day thing & he got pee trained pretty quickly. Poop training happened about 3-4m ago. I haven't braved it yet to try night again (I tried when I first started training him). May try that shortly

Anyone else experiencing this lately?

Truett has never been a picky eater. He would eat whatever, whenever... now he barely eats lunch or supper & has become kinda picky (not eating things I KNOW he likes). He's gotten "ugly" as I tell him... if you ask/tell him something & he doesn't like it, he says "NO!" He's tried to hit us in the last few days, his new thing is saying "Yea" to us when we ask him something (which we correct w/ a "Yes ma'am/sir"... I just don't know where my sweet baby went. He started Mother's Day Out in late August. We've definitely noticed a difference in him since then. IDK if there's any correlation, but I wouldn't doubt it at all.

Anyone else?

I can't believe she is 2 now It makes me sad But her are a few of her pics we had done. I love them and had such a hard time picking out what I wanted. she is such a diva! And, on another note, no diaper for a week tomorrow I am so proud of her We are wearing a diaper or pullup at night but she hasn't wore a diaper during the day since last Wednesday

Flu shot

Well, Isabella got her flu shot today. I hate doing it but she has handled it well in the past and this year is supposed to be really bad so I wanted to give her a fighting chance. God knows what I bring home from work to her and the rest of the family.

I started DS on extra vitamin C and vitamin D because our ped is out of the shots for kids 3 and over.

Hello Ladies

I know I have been MIA alot but with twins and working 2 jobs and running a house with a teenager and a hurt husband it has been crazy!!! DH ha been laid off 10 times since Feb but now had surgery last week and will be out for 5 months!!!! Oh and lets not forget my Mom moved in with us in July so we cut our house into 2! Hope all is well.....

Shorter naps?

Just wondering if any other LO's have started this?

Truett used to take about 3hrs close to the time he turned 2... then it changed to 2hr naps. Now, for approx the last 2m, he only takes about 1.5hr. There are days when he still sleeps nearly 3hrs & many days where it's still 2hrs, but usually the 1.5hr.

So I know that some of you were around last year when I was PG it was a bad pregnancy that resulted in a seizure and cardiac arrest. I went for a follow up EEG today - one year off meds

Unlike the other EEG's, there were some very rare and for a millisecond or so excitabilities/irritability in both the left and right frontal lobes. Expert thinks that I was born with this "predisposition" and only comes out under extreme stress (e.g. up for 36 hours + loooottts caffeine last night). He thinks this slight increase risk + bad pregnancy + ultram (which he considers to be associated with high risk of inducing seizures even in "normal" people) led to her event last year. I am having an MRI Friday although both Craig and the doc expect it to be normal. I'll have EEG's annually to monitor what is going on (mind you, an EEG does not provide you...

Anyone else experiencing this? For two nights, Sam fell asleep by the door!! My dad told her that her woobie doesn't like sleeping on the floor, and that seems to have worked the past two nights, but it is like torture for her to go to bed - and she tried every trick in the book!

Just checked out your blog real quick...looks like you are adjust nicely to 2 kiddos Your house looks real nice. Do you have a second floor that overlooks part of the 1st floor? I'm guessing that's how you took that picture.
