Remove this ad Bath or Shower I have heard some people say they don't take a bath at all because you are sitting in your own dirt...and some for this reason always take a shower after a bath. Now that I have a bathtub..I do use it just for relaxation not for bathing anyways.

As someone else said, I dont think I'm that dirty when I get a bath, so I don't feel the need to shower after! I mostly only take baths in the winter. I love to get into a hot bath when its cold out.

Owen is always more dirty than me when he gets in the tub and as long as he is soaped and rinsed really well, I don't ever worry about it. Now, if he pees in the tub, I do let the water out and start over.

I will shower in the mornings before work and then in the evenings I've been known to take a nice hot bubble bath. I usually settle in with a book for about an hour. DH can't understand how I can stay in the tub for that long. It's soooo relaxing. Jilly

When Im done my bath, I rinse off in the shower - I usually use bubbles/bath salts so to rinse that off I'll cut the shower on real quick for that. As for the boys I bath them & before they get out I will run the water, fill their big tub cup up & rinse the bubbles off them before getting them out.
