i saw these names in an online baby book and thought it was so pretty together dh doesnt like it but what does he know.
So ive come to the experts

Amaris-Elani

Amaris means moon in ye olde english and Elani means light so her name would mean Moon-light

So what do you think

I had to say it a few times before I could form an opinion and comment but I think I like it! My only personal taste thing is that I would like it better not hyphenated. Hyphenated names tend to feel very "cutesy" to me and I think you've come up with a very pretty, unique, non-cutesy name there.

Everett & Emerson's Momma!

My brother wanted to name his daughter Amaris (sounded A-mare-is) but his wife said NO. I liked it alot. It is also a Catholic name in the bible. Thats why he liked it so much

I would assume that Rach pronounces it the same as me, so it would be either A-ma-ris or Ah-mah-ris :dunno

I have a friend whose daughter is Amaris and I think it is very different but not my style. I guess it would depend on your last name too to see how it all flows together..
