Okay so I thought I'd go ahead and start posting here! 
I'm Alicia, DH and I have been officially TTC for 3 yrs, but have been married for 5 1/2 and never prevented. I have PCOS, I see an RE, have done meds, and had 2 m/c's. All of this including gaining weight, losing weight, and then gaining again...has led me to this point in my life. DH and I are in the process to foster-to-adopt! We have already completed classes called PATH, Parents As Tender Healers, our homestudy has been done, we are just waiting until it is written and approved
before we get that WONDERFUL call! Also I start a new job tomorrow working as a Family Services Worker for DCS...so that gives me a big heads up in regards to
foster care! So that's good. Our homestudy writer said she
thought she'd be done by this Friday...I certainly hope so...but either way I'm excited. We put that we don't have a preference for gender, also no
race preference...we did put we only want a child from 0-3 yrs...that may get moved up in time...but for now that's where we are. Anyway, I hope to continue to update here
about our journey...but for now I guess it's just an introduction!
