I'm not sure about for twins, but for triplets there are tons and tons of freebies (Dee and Sharon, I totally forgot about this...you should look into it). Ross Pediatrics makes Similac and we got 3 free cases of pre-mixed Neosure for 3 months (so 9 cases total...I think there were 6 bottles in each case so the total was 54 free bottles of Neosure). I got the same from Enfamil for their brand (can't remember the name of the formula). Ask your NICU about this, the dietician was able to help us get signed up.

We also got tons and tons of coupons from Huggies (good ones, like $10.00 off). Free things and coupons from Evenflo, Gerber, Tiny Love, and others. One Step Ahead offers 15% off your total order for triplets (you don't even have to buy 3 of the same thing, it's 15% off everything you order). I'll try to dig up my list. I think it's on my old computer. Now that the kids are older, we haven't gotten freebies in a long time. I miss it!

Edited: Also don't be shy about asking the NICU for lots of extras....ours freely gave us preemie diapers, formula, preemie bottles (the 2oz kind with nipples). Usually the evening or night shift was a bit more generous, probably because there were less "eyes" watching. I always left with a full bag of goodies.
