Is there anything you ladies reccomend to help curve your appetite? I have tried eating less portions but I can't get over that feeling of not feeling
full. And I have noticed that I get REALLY hungry after I workout. I can't eat "snacks" because of that feeling full thing. I know its stupid
but im having a real problem with it and losing weight would be much easier if I just could get past this obstacle.
I want so bad to be halfway to my goal by my sisters wedding!...which is pathetic cause i will look better for her wedding than I did for my own ![]()
