Hi ladies!
I wanted to ask you something for those of you that send your kids to pre-k?
What are they learning? I get little progress reports on what they are teaching the kids, and honestly I'm a little disappointed. I mean, they are doing colors and shapes. Gabrielle knew those really early. Maybe because I'm a SAHM and we just watched a lot of Sesame Street and Mickey Mouse Club?
She
knows her ABC's too and can spell some words even, and they haven't even started doing letters at pre-k yet. Now, don't get me wrong, she is
emotionally immature and does need this time in school... BUT I am worried about her getting bored or her brain getting numb
Anyway, I guess it just proves I have to continue to do more at home with her... but anyway I was just curious what your kids were learning in pre-k?
