I am Day2 of Phase 1 and I think I am doing good. It is really strict! Has anyone had any success with this. I have the South Beach SUPERCHARGED book and it
seems hard but I hope I can do it.
I started Phase 1 on Sunday 10/5/08. I weighed 156lbs. 7 days later I weigh 150. Wow, I love it! I may try to do Phase 1 an extra week making it 3 weeks for me.
