I have read "New Skills for Frazzled Parents" by Daniel Amen, MD (very good! for small children, school aged, tween and teens alike). And I am currently almost done reading "How To Talk So Teens Will Listen & Listen So Teens Will Talk" by Adele Faber & Elaine Mazlish. They are also authors of a kids version of this book. The former being a good book as well.
