Last year my Dr told me I really needed to start losing weight. I've never had a Dr tell me that before. That very week I joined a gym. I am setting
25lb goals for myself and have now lost 28lbs. I'm doing it all by myself, just watching what I am eating and exercising. No special diets! I'm
pretty proud of myself.
