A sibling group a boy/Girl is available for adoption. Evidently grandparents have been caring for them for 5years ... it's a HUGE undertaking to go from 0
to 2kids.
At the very least we are going to get more nfo from the agency... & based on that & their interest IF they are interested... may very soon go out to visit them in MO.

What we know:
Father has given up his rights only have to deal w/ terminating mothers rights, she has not been in contact w/ the kids for 6 yrs.

E is Eleven year old Girl and J is a ten year old boy. They are both in very good health although E has asthma that's well under control. She has never had asmatha attack. E is artistic and an avid reader. J is behind in school. His I.Q. has tested low with the exception of his perceptive reasoning which tested low normal. He is an excellent athlete good in baseball and football.
Both children were abused / neglected as very young children.. The state's recommendation was that they be institutionalized. This would have been unfair and was a gross misjudgment on their part. Although they do and will forever bear the emotional scars, they are doing adjusting quite well.
They both have adhd. These kids that will not have a family after K and I pass on.

we talked w/ sw today she received our profile & sent it on to grandparents tuesday the 15th .... regardless of outcome I told sw we want
to hear the word good or bad.... so sw said give it 1-2 weeks. We should know something.then.
