I was scheduled to be induced on Thursday July 2nd, but my little man decided he was going to come out without medical intervention. I began having some
cramping during the night of June 30th and woke up the next day with period like cramping. The pains weren't too bad so I didn't think much of them
until they started getting closer together throughout the day. I decided to go to the hospital just to be safe and was dilated 3 to 4 cm, so they kept me in
the hospital. I managed to make it to 9 cm dilation before I "begged" for an epidural. I was hoping that the baby would arrive on July 1st for
Canada Day, but he decided to hang around until 02:00 am on July 2nd. After 15 minutes of pushing, I got to meet my little miracle. He weighed 9 lb 1 oz and
measured 20 3/4 ''. I am so in love with him already! Good luck to all of you who will be delivering soon.
