I just made my first appointment (with a new OB) today. I go on December 22nd (I'll be around 7.5 weeks), but I asked and they said that they don't do
an internal U/S at the first appointment. So, I am not sure if I will get one or not. With my last PG, they didn't do them at all unless there was a
problem - well, I got to my 12 week appointment and they couldn't find baby's heartbeat with the dopplar, so they did the U/S then (all was fine). My
first 2 PG were at another OB in Chicago when we used to live there and they always did an U/S between 7 and 8 weeks. I miss that!!
So, I have 3 weeks more to go... I'll be looking forward to reading how your appointments go first!

I hope I do too! My first appointment with Alexis was at 10 weeks and they couldn't find the heartbeat so I got an internal then. I will let you all know!

Hi There,
My 1st appt is a confirmation w/nurse then afterwards (next appt) I see the Dr. I have lost a few angels with this practice and I have a TAC in so they might allow me to talk to my Dr if all goes well. We'll see. I had the nurse visit scheduled for Wed but I will try to see if they will take me tomorrow because it seems I am coming down with the flu courtesy of FL's everchanging weather Sandie (33) Dave (40) To our Angels - We love and miss you but we know that you are with God right now helping Him.

Hi Ladies,
I had a fever the other night but went to the Dr yesterday and confirmed the pregnancy and bought some Tylenol Extra Strength. So far so good, the fever is gone, just the stuffy feeling but I can hang with that for now. They told me I could take Sudafed but I just don't want to take it, I prefer to just last it out with the vitamins and Tylenol, we'll see what happens from there.
