well he's 13 lbs (holy crap) but he has his first ear infection and fluid in his lungs! I said what does that mean? He said its the beginnings of pnemonia!
I knew he had a stuffy nose but I didn't notice anything else was strange! My poor guy is on antibiotics for ten days and I'm supposed to be watching
him for a fever. We had a bad night where I had to sleep in the recliner so he could breathe but last night went well. Poor baby. I'm so mad because
I've been so careful, I don't even take him to the grocery store or anything since its bitterly cold and I was worried about him getting sick. Crap.

What a big boy! Way to grow!!
I feel for you on the sick front! Max caught an awful cold from Sam. But, kind of the opposite of your situation though - his cough sounded horrible, low grade fever, sneezing, watery eyes....but dr. said it is just a good cold - lungs are clear! It is so hard to protect these little ones, especially when there are other children around. Please keep us posted - you are in my prayers! |

Oh no!! Poor little guy!!
We have been SO careful here too! It has been like -30 to -40 below zero with the windchill, so we have been staying in! But I have a massive swollen tonsil and it hurts!! I'm like, where did I pick that crap up at?!?!? Mckenzie has been sneezing, but otherwise she is fine. Great! She has her 2 month appt today, so I'm going to mention my throat and have him look at it. I need some antibiotics to get rid of this crap! He's growing so well!! Good job Mommy!!

Wow, what a nice growing boy!!
That sucks about him being sick! I don't know how to avoid it w/other kiddos around, going to school and bringing stuff home. I hope he gets better really soon!
