Hi girls
Noah has gastroenteritis and I am not sure if its ok to breastfeed him or not? doctor said no milk or dairy which we dont do anyhow because of his allergy....he suggested rehydration powders but I cannot remember if it is ok to breastfeed them when they have gastroenteritis or not? I know with cows milk you shouldn't feed them until they are 24 hours clear of the bug?
Any input would be great
