Alissa Rose was born February 5 at 11:35 am and weighed 8 pounds 6 ounces and was 20 inches long. Everything went well. I went in at 9am and they had me prepped and ready by 11am. I went into surgery and had a spinal which worked great and I didn't have any side effects. The c-section didn't take long and I was out of recovery by 3pm. We finally got home yesterday afternoon and everyone is settling in well. Alina loves her little sister and loves to help me out with her. I'm already up and doing light housework and my incision is healing well. I am just so in love with my little girl!

everyone! I also forgot to mention that while I was in surgery the doctor asked me if I planned to have more children. I told him no, we were done and he said that's good because he said that my uterus was on the verge of rupturing and it was good they got me in a week early. They were able to repair it but he said if i ever were to have another baby I would have to be delivered 4 weeks early by c-section because if i labor, it will rupture. That was pretty scary when he said that
