I just wanted to let you know that YOU AND DH HAVE BEEN SELECTED AS A POSSIBLE FAMILY FOR G 5 YEAR OLD & G 2 YEAR OLD!!!!THE INTERVIEW IS ON THURSAY! I'll keep you posted. I will be reviewing your file tomorrow and answering the questions they gave me for the interview so we will probably talk at some point. Yea!

This email was in regards to our sw finding 2 little boys G 2years old & G 5 year old around 2/25 sw sent us an email about them..... email stated as follows..........

***You must respond by today at noon to be considered for these children Thank you** ( this was a week & half ago & we told sw we were interested !

XXX County Adoption Program has an adoptive matching conference on 03/04/10 for the following children:
G-5 yrs old & G-2 yrs old- sibling set
Information on the child(Ren) is attached. Please review the attached children's profile with your family.
If your family wants to be presented for a specific child(ren), You MUST respond by 12:00 PM (eastern standard time) on 02/25/10.

The conference is Scheduled for 03/04/10.
Please note that every family who responds indicating they wish to be considered will NOT necessarily be presented at the Matching Conference

****Our thoughts.dh & I were like OK... we'll go for it! there are some red flags that make us uncomfortable...as most of the kids have abuse & neglect issues .... but we need more nfo. We read the kids history the 2 year old is completely healthy. So is the 5 year old .... but there is some issues we are uncomfortable w/.......regarding behaviors but they are resolving...that's what we need more nfo about.... the 5 year old seems to be adapting well to his foster home......
We'll see. .............
waiting for thursday..Praying we are led to the right answers for any & all kids involved.
