I have heard of it and used it - not sure it did much, but certainly didn't hurt. The best thing you can do for your supply is to nurse as often as possible and pump in between - even if you don't get anything out while pumping, it still stimulates your body to make more. Just don't pump for TOO long - like if you do 10-20 min directly after nursing, that's plenty.

I never used it. I have heard many people say that it helped them boost their supply.
I had an oversupply that didn't balance out until Anna was around 6 months old, so I didn't need anything to boost my supply. |
