I know this doesn't pertain to my baby, but thought I'd post here since I know lots of you have had a c-section before and maybe can answer this question for me.
Did any of you get cramps when you were using the bathroom (peepee!)? It's almost like my bladder is cramping up everytime I need to pee. Not really badly, but I've never really had this issue before and I am wondering if it is normal and if it will go away soon. I don't want to bother the doctor with the question unless it is something bad/abnormal that I should have checked out.
Otherwise, it seems like the c-section incision is healing well and while I am still moving around a little more slowly than normal, I feel much better now almost 2 weeks post-surgery. And I am starting to carefully lift my toddler when I need to - there is no way I can hold to the "no lifting anything over 10 pounds for the next 6 weeks" rule unless I have someone else with me all of the time. As of this upcoming Monday, I am again on my own with the kids, so I hope that I can do what I need to do by myself then!
